Yes! I'm one of those that don't order much, because I know returns is a bother for me.
I bought school shoes for my daughter in the summer, and now they're too small for her before the year started. Super disappointing.
Oh BTW, they're red, size 11 (EU27?) Marc Joseph booties. Brooklyn.

OP, I used to be this way, and I still have the issue sometimes.
What helped me was:
1. Got a small printer from Amazon
2. print the return request immediately upon deciding to return
3. put a specific agenda item in my calendar to take care of the return
4. update that agenda item as necessary until it gets done.
I've improved tremendously in this area.

I’d just shop in Kohl’s if they’d be near me. That would solve all online issues.

I'm also return challenged. I ordered skirts in two sizes and I never tried them on. I missed the 6 month return deadline. Now I’m scared to try them on because I know I’ll be upset if it doesn’t fit. Yes, it’s a loss of money but I’m trying to be gentle with myself - when I ordered it I didn’t know what was going to be with corona. I ordered it for pesach and assumed I’d try it on before then.

Can we really start a forum for all these things we bought and now can't return? Or is there a whatsapp group for this?
