it had something along the lines of chicken cutlets / chili sauce / honey? And sliced red peppers ?

There’s a recipe in the Fresh & Easy with chicken cutlets and peppers, but the sauce is honey, mustard, and soy sauce. Could that be what you’re thinking of?
