Looking for a large house to rent for sukkos with 9-10 bedrooms.
It should be walking distance to a shul and if possible in the $3-4,000 range.
Looking in the tri-state area but out of Brooklyn.

We’ve gotten for 2,500-3,500 for the last 4 years. Each time in a different place.

10 bedrooms in a kosher house for 2.5k?? Which locations?
People were charging over the summer 3k for 1 shabbos in a 4 bedroom in Lakewood....

I think this year is much more expensive. We’ve stayed in Woodbourne, Woodridge, South Fallsburg

Price sounds way to cheap. We usually rent in Florida and pay anywhere from 8-10k for 6-8 bedrooms.
This year we are going away and paying about 6k for 8 bedrooms. Not sure how you find hoses so cheap

Hamodia had ad for townhomes in lock sheldrake $1100 2 bedrooms. $1600 3 bedrooms. Maybe you can take 3 of them.
