Is there a way to make salami bullet in the crockpot for Shabbos lunch. Like can I wrap it in foil in the Cholent ? Or anything else. I don’t want to put straight into the Cholent.

Personally, I hate the metallic taste. I would wrap it in parchment paper.

Knot it into a slow cooker bag?
BTW are you sure you want to cook it that long?

Why cook
Isn’t it ready to eat
If you want that taste in your cholent, I would cut the ends and stick that in your cholent
Slice the rest and serve

My kids prefer salami cooked further. (I either slice and bake or bake the whole roll)
But it sounds like not a good idea.
Thanks everyone

I would not put it in the crock pot. How about hassleback?

Glaze it and bake it. Refrigerate. Put on top of crockpot to warm Shabbos morning.

I’ll probably do that. Hassleback and reheat dry

You could slice it, wrap it in foil, and leave it on top of the crockpot covered with a towel.
