I had a live in nanny for two months because I needed help with my baby.
Do I need to give her a tip? Is $20 too cheap? I can't really go get a gift - it's very hard for me to get out, but would rather not spend a zillion dollars.
I am obviously paying her a lot of money each week... I would write up a thank you card of course.
Advice?
