Before opening schools it would be much more helpful to start a petition asking every frum Jew to wear masks, and, and abide by the laws.

I live in a neighborhood where everyone wears masks and follows rules, but my autistic kid goes to a school in Brooklyn that's closed due to being in the red zone. The staff all wore n95 masks. Since all the kids in the school have autism, many will not wear masks so each kid has their own 6x8 foot area surrounded by plexiglass, and they don't interact with any other students the whole day. Why should all the parents in the school be punished when most of us follow rules?
