they are really easy and amaaazing! here you go...
Ingredients
1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 cup caster sugar
1.5 cups self raising flour
1/2 cup plain flour
1 cup coarsely chopped macadamias, toasted
185g butter melted, cooled
1 egg, beaten lightly
1 egg yolk, beaten lightly
2 tsp vanilla extract
200g dark eating choc, chopped coarsely
Instructions
Preheat oven to moderate
Combine sugars, sifted flours and nuts in large bowl
Add combined butter, egg, egg yolk and extract. Mix to soft dough. stir in chocolate
Place 2 level tbsp of biscuit dough about 6 cm apart on lightly greased oven trays
Bake in moderate oven about 16 min or util browned ilghtly. cool in trays
