Make a pea soup. Sauté onion & garlic. Add peas to sauté. Water to not quite cover. Season with salt until flavorful. Simmer for 25 minutes and then blend until very creamy.

Thanks. My kids dont love soup, but sounds easy enough to try.

I would just keep it in the freezer and add to pasta salad, tuna casserole and occasionally make peas and mashed potato’s as a side dish.

Keep on the freezer for the next time someone gets injured. They make a great icepack.
More realistically, I use them slowly. You don't need to use the whole bag at once.

Add to chicken pot pie, fried rice, braised chicken...
Peas are delicious when not canned and overcooked!
