Which one is your favorite and why?
Would you buy them again now or a more updated choice?
What about Norene Giletz?
Do you use her cookbook (s)?
Would you recommend purchasing?

I have the 2009 edition of Noreen Gilletz's "New Food Processor Bible". It's a good, basic cookbook. I like it because it calls for normal ingredients and the recipes don't take hours to make. I just re-discovered her "Best-Ever Scalloped Potato" recipe and am enjoying it again.
Ms. Gilletz died earlier this year. Her not-well-organized website is still up and includes some of her recipes. https://gourmania.com/

Thanks.
Any other recommendations for kosher cookbooks that are very natural minded/ healthy wholesome recipes?
