I cleaning a brand new oven for Dd. She didn’t realize how to clean it and it is really hard to get rid of. I cleaned most of it but there is still hard few spots of black build up. I don’t want to ruin the new shiny stainless still build in cooktop what is the best way to tackle this?

Use Bar Keepers Friend and follow the instructions on the bottle for stainless steel.
