Do you let your baby sleep in the car seat?

My pediatrician says it’s ok.
However, it’s in your best interest to get your baby used to sleeping well in a crib because the car seat can’t last forever and the sooner your baby learns to sleep in the crib, the better for both of you.
Also, my babies get really sweaty in the car seat.

Some babies with bad reflux will only sleep if they are in a semi reclined position like a car seat.

A doona is worse than a regular car seat because it's more upright and the babies are more squashed in it. Many pediatricians are against the doona for this reason, it's very upright. My car seat is always on the snap in go, it's literally in a laying position.
