I breaded and froze raw chicken cutlets, but I don't know how to bake.
Defrost and then bake? Put straight into oven from freezer? On what temp and how long?
TIA, I've never done this before.

Separate them and spread them out on a lined cookie sheet, with some space between each one. They should thaw quickly that way.
Meanwhile preheat oven to 400.
Once thawed, spray with oil spray and bake uncovered for 20 minutes.
