My Dd is studying in Israel. I found someone to bring her some prescription meds. Is it a problem to transport meds? Does it make a difference if her name is on it?

It should be fine as long as the person bringing it has a prescription on hand. This is the policy but in actuality no one asked for it. But I would not take my chances if you cannot afford to have the medication confiscated. The doctor can give you a prescription for the person to take along.
