Op when I worked for an agency in the frum schools I was in salary, but the base rate was around 30 an hour. Really not attractive.

What about all the Therpy places that have play groups do they need S.ED teachers?
I have seen some people doing "special" playgroups like for kids that are allergic to everything, those that need social skills, laungue ect.
