I'm just curious in a typical lower elementary classroom, what's the percentage of kids that are ALWAYS doing the right thing? And what's the percentage of kids that sometimes need a reminder, forget homework, call out, don't always listen, act silly etc... I don't mean on a consistent basis but here and there they make a mistake and don't follow the class rules correctly.

This very much depends on the class. I'd say in my class this year about 50% are always doing what they're supposed to be doing.
