Ideally we would like to Spend one month this summer in Israel in a frum place.
Needs:
1_ kids in english camp ( 6 and 10)
2. access to a womens pool
3. learning for my husband
we are chabad but can be anywhere. we are thinking of RBS. Any advice?

Well, you're looking in the right location for your needs  but I don't know if people are planning summer programs yet, since we're all still in a lockdown and mid-vaccination. Check in again in March, and bezrat Hashem you should be able to get an answer.
