Title says it all. I make sourdough regularly and my regular bread/challah knife is not really good enough to cut it. (DH acually broke a challah knife trying to cut one-very crispy crust) I bring them to work and there they have an amazing bread knife. I checked the name on it and looked it up. It's vintage  .
So I'm looking for a great quality bread knife.
Ideas?

we have an amazing breadknife that is actually a challah knife that is icel.. my husband LOVES cutting through challah with it
