tomatoes, prunes, fruits for constipation.
Can you sneak some veggies in the food she likes? I sneak some cereal in his fruits.

Prunes are good for constipation, or prune juice if he would take that.
Sneaking food in, is a good idea.
Another idea that might help, is sitting down with her, with the veggies and s/thing that she really likes, and tell her that after every bite/spoonful of veggies she takes in and swallows, she can have a little treat.
I hope it helps.

I have a similar issue w/ my daughter and the doctor told me to put in her bottle something called barley malt. You can buy it in the drug store or health food store it looks like honey and it softens their stool. It really worked... sneaking the fruit or veggies in was really hard for me cause she is very picky but I found that she liked raisins which also does the job.

thanx for the info...........come to think of it my daughter likes raisins, but I still feel like she can use some vegies in her diet. I just think about how I feel when I don't eat vegies. I hope it will get better soon
