Looking for a cinnamon filling for babka that will work with a delicious dough recipe that I have for chocolate babka.
Or an easy whole new recipe with no margarine.
Thanks!

These sound yum, thanks for sending.
But the filling I have for chocolate is a whole recipe with eggs, oil etc. That's what's delicious about it, like oozy chocolate.
I've made cinnamon buns with just brown sugar and cinnamon but I think I'm looking for something different for babka?

If you smear oil generously on the dough first you’ll still have that oozing babka, I also do brown sugar cinnamon a little instant vanilla pudding

I've also always found out to be plenty gooey with oil, brown sugar, and cinnamon. The oil and sugar melt together and it's delicious. One tip for any babka: cookie or cake crumbs. Every now and then I crumble and freeze leftover cake and cookies and store it in the freezer then sprinkle the crumbs inside babka. Imagine a cinnamon babka with bits of snickerdoodle crumbs inside!

I know this might sound strange but it is YUMMMMM!!!
Spread the dough with a thin layer of apricot jelly then sprinkle with cinnamon/sugar. The apricot taste doesn't stand out but it gives the cin/sug a great texture (and ooze).
BTW if you want dairy, add sour cream
