On a day like today (nj) do you assume your therapist is not working? Is working if you weren't told otherwise?
Would you check in? Wait for your therapist to check in?

The therapist should contact you if she's not working today (or any other day for that matter). But given road conditions, I'd call before venturing out, just in case.

Be the proactive one and check in. A phone call won't hurt. But yes she should be canceling with you if she isn't coming.

What kind of therapist? For a talk therapist, I would check if she's working live or remotely.
