For shabbos mains, usually have either: roasted chicken, stuffed cabbage, meat stew, some other sort of meat, salmon (plain or nut crusted), chicken soup, “shnitzel”- coated in almond flour
Sides are usually: broccoli/cauliflower kugel, roasted zucchini/string beans/eggplant, deviled eggs, lettuce salad (some ppl do spaghetti squash), stuffed mushrooms (I’ve yet to find a parve recipe I like tho)
