I never heard of toiveling plastic. The baby spoons that have metal on the handle I did toivel. Also if I bought glass bottles I would toivel those too.

Plastic, rubber, and wood do NOT need to be toveled. Glass is a safek, and should only be toveled if you're doing something metal (no safek). Silicone also does not need to be toveled, and MY RAV (emphasized) paskened that we do not have to tovel the silicone tipped metal baby spoons, as the metal never comes into contact with the food.

It's better to do it with metal so that it can be included under the bracha, but if you only have glass to do then you can tovel the glass without a bracha

I believe the halacha is if one is only toiveling glass - one would make a bracha ! (if one also has metal - the bracha should be made on metal since metal needs tevila medoraysa and glass only needs mederabanan). hatzlacha!
