I am looking to purchase a summer home that is also winterized. We are an out of town yeshivish family looking for a summer home with other bnei torah. Looking for a place we can go in the summer as well as during the year for yomim tovim and shabbosim. Would like access to a pool for separate swimming and want a place that is more low key, not fancy. How do I find a place in the Catskills that is appropriate, is there a broker? Also, I don't live so far from Baltimore. Where do those families vacation? Is there a location similar to the Catskills where frum families vacation closer to Baltimore? How much are these homes in general?
