Which are online or BP/Flatbush places to get mens washable pants (not slim fit) that look good after washing (perfect crease)?

I get dh either kenneth cole, perry ellis, or van heusen. All three are available on Macy's and amazon, and I buy whichever is on sale. I usually spend about $20 a pair, sometimes less. All three brands have a no iron machine washable, slim fitting flat front dress pants. I wash, fold on the crease, then hang to dry.

Hatbox used to have a washable no iron option that they sold for 3/$100. I don't remember how they compare to other brands, and don't know if they still carry them. Worth a phone call.
