Its really hard to find because non-gebrokts is such a trend and most of the cookbooks are put out by chabad (Spice and Spirit) and heimishe folk who don't have the minhag. The recipes I have are from my mother.

Here is a list of cookbooks for pesach. Doesn't say which are gebrokts though.

Pretty sure susie fishbein does gebrokts. And some of those books don't look very heimish.

Nowadays there are so many recipe groups and blogs and instagram accounts with recipes...

Thanks everyone!!

As far as what kind of recipes I'm looking for—I'm really looking for everything. It's my first time making Pesach and I really have no idea what I'm doing haha

My fave gebrokts recipes are for matza rolls/popovers, matza balls and gnocchi.
If you like filling cakes and cookies, there are some good ones. Just realize that matza can be constipating. Smile

That's the Roosevelt cookbook.
My experience is that all the Pesach cookbooks seem to have user-friendly recipes.
