If you live in the south, probably later than if u live up north. I live in ny, and my 4 year old wore saltwater sandals last year when he was 3. I’m getting him natives and sneakers this year, and my baby will wear saltwater sandals.

Never heard of saltwater sandals or floafers. Where are kids wearing them??
This past summer I was educated on natives and sliders. So I guess I'm behind the times.

With socks.
I was never the 'no socks' person. Even when he was a toddler I put him on socks with sandals.
