If you're looking for lettuce based, no rice, then this is it!
8 oz iceberg lettuce
1 carrot, 1 cucumber, julienned
1 avocado sliced into thin strips
12 Kani sticks, roll between fingers to separate into strips
Crispy fried onions
Sweet sauce
Black and white sesame seeds
Following Spicy Mayo dressing (or use store bought)
4 T mayo
1 tsp sriracha sau
1/4 tsp sesame oil
Assemble in following order on flat platter:
Lettuce
Carrots
Cucumber
Avocado
Fried onions
Kani strips
Drizzle sauces diagonally on top in opposite directions for criss cross design
Sprinkle sesame seeds.
