I have a whole bunch of leftover dry cake that I was thinking of doing something with. Does anyone know how I could make rum balls dipped in sprinkles or coconut...? I do not like the rum flavor so I would leave that part out. Or anything else I could do with it?

don't have a recipe, but you could probably substitute coffee for the rum.. my bubby used to call them "failure balls" and she made then from flopped cakes...never one to waste anything!
