Nope, you're gonna get the Nespresso.
I actually brought my Keurig and use it on a transformer. And get my k-cups every couple of months through a third party shipper.

I know this isn't what you asked but I bought a DeLonghi espresso machine. You put whole beans in and it grinds them with each cup. I love it! I don't have the space of a grinder on my counter although this is pretty large. I can get whatever beans I want and because they're whole beans I can stock up.

Biggest thing in Israel is pod coffee machines, but not keurig. The machines available here are espresso machines, rather than drip coffee machines, though I am not enough of a maven to know the difference. Pods for espresso machines can be gotten in every supermarket. Pods for keurig need to be shipped from abroad.
