I large zip lock bags?
I know some matza starts getting baked in December but ours was baked after Purim (when my husband went with his shul).
Would it stay fresh? Does matza get moldy? Anyone know? I still have 5 lbs left! That’s a lot to throw out!!

Yes. We put the box in a large bag and put it away with all the pesach things.
You can warm it up in the oven to crisp it, when you use it.

I do it every year.
If you find its fine soggy next year, you can put it in the food processor and make it into matza meal.
