I renewed last year around April time. Should I call them to see where the paperwork is or are they not sending out renewals due to corona?

Yes just got my renewal. But mine usually comes in the summer so they're very late!
If I were you I wouldn't call, just wait for it to come!!

I needed to renew in September and that’s when I got it. You can email them if you would like.

who can I email? Also I have a question for the LRRC - does anyone know if they still answer emails, if so which email address?

I got my March renewal at the beginning of February to be sent back by mid Feb but it wasn't processed yet. If u didn't get the paperwork you prob should email them.
