My mother used to make schnitzel with them. Pound them thin and make your regular shnitzel recipe.

Honey nut crusted turkey cutlets.
Season and brush with teriyaki sauce. Mix finely chopped honey glazed almonds with a mix of jam and teriyaki. Press paste onto cutlets. Bake 7 minutes. Good at room temperature.

Or make shawarma
Cut into pieces
Marinade in oil and shawarma spices for a while
Sauté onion and peppers then add Turkey
Sauté until done
Serve with Israeli salad, chumus, Tehina, pita
And French Fries
Everyone can build there own
