My hunch s that OP would find it supportive to just chat with moms of other toddlers. Just to feel less isolated. It helps to have other adults to chat with in real time about our toddlers ☺️

Another vote for Janet! I read and reread her books when I was pregnant with my first. Really helpful. (I didn't Prep in other basic ways like how to change a diaper lol)
