Shredded Cuke Salad, a la Dovid Malka
12 small cukes, grated
2 red onions, grated along with your cukes
1/2 cup vinegar, any kind
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp dill
1/2 cup mayo
Mix, chill, eat and enjoy! Dovid Malka, watch out !!!!!

I love that salad and always wanted to know how to make it!!! Thanks for posting. I'll make it next week since I only have 2 cukes and need them for something else anyways.
