Hi I’m just entering into the friends making bar mitzvah stage and I’m just curious what do people buy for bar mitzvah boys other than sefarim.
For some of my friends sons sefarim will be appreciated, others are more playful less serious type....
Also I’m in Eretz Yisroel so the budget is smaller.....

Bar mitzvah isn't a personality type.
Look at the boy as a person who had interests and think of what he'll NEED, WANT, or LIKE...
Does he have hobbies?
Please let's stop lumping people together under non personality descriptors when trying to find a gift for them.
