Can I make pulled brisket in advance and freeze until shavuos?

I think I'd do the pulling part after thawing and reheating. Just suspect it may freeze better whole. But never tried freezing pulled, so couldn't say for sure.

I do it often, no problem at all. I usually freeze in the sauce

Any type of meat will freeze beautifully. Particularity ones in sauce.
