If I buy a wedding invitation like this from a retailer, how much should it cost including the RSVP card and the envelopes? How much should I expect to pay for an invitation suite like this for 300 people?

$380 assuming black ink. +$45 colored ink. Or +$80 metallic ink.
This is basic paper weight invitation
The border may also be extra. I’m not sure.
