Minute steak cooks best low and slow. Just make your regular recipe for about 7 hours. Or follow something like this.

Salt on both sides lots of onions, garlic. Maybe a little wine. Evey 2 hrs or so make sure there's still some liquid. Half ways in I turn it over so the other side Cooks in liquid too.
