Which areas in toms river and jackson have 30 year olds with kids around 10 year old? A lot of the neighborhoods have families in their 20s with kids barely in school. I'm looking to buy but I want people my age and kids for my kids to play with. We are really middle road, so don't want a very modern, very yeshivish or chassidish area. I don't mind an area that is mixed I just don't want to be very different than everyone. I live in the area already, but having trouble finding this age bracket.

North maple area but you have to find a block. The biggest problem I found is that there aren’t enough Jewish families with the different genders and ages of all kids in a family. You might have to walk to meet up and it’s annoying and also how would you even find out about families on another block? Every time a house came up, I extensively researched the block. Also, be aware that there are very few houses on the market and it’s incredibly expensive

Pitney/Daniel/Stacy/Melissa Lee/white road/brewers bridge/south cooks areas.
I’m very familiar with all these areas and would recommend any of these areas based on your description.
