my nearly 4 yrs old kid started making wet again . She is toilet trained for nearly a year. But the last few weeks she started making her underwear wet. She does go to toilet but it seems not quick enough. And it is only once a day. Usually when she playes at home after school. Any idea if that is normal and what should I do?
