I sliced and froze on a cookie sheet then bagged.
Will use for smoothies in summer.

Peach crisp or peach pie or peach smoothies!
We love peaches... If you're in Lakewood, we'd happily take them off your hands.

Peach crisp/ crumble.
Easiest recipe:
1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1 egg
Cinnamon or vanilla sugar optional
Mix it all with a fork until crumbly. Pour crumbs on top of a 9x13 of sliced peaches. Spray with pam generously. Bake for an hour on 350.
I don't even use measuring cups/spoons- just eyeball it. Comes out great every time.

I have a heaven peach pie recipe (when I get a chance I'll look for it).
How come the only peaches I've been recipient of is the canned variety?
There's no such thing as too many peaches here....my kids LOVE peaches. There's not often enough left for my pie.

Peach crisp. Slice peaches into a Pyrex dish. Sprinkle some lemon juice, sugar, and potato or tapioca starch and let macerate. Make crumbs out of oats, chopped nuts, some almond and coconut flours, cinnamon, a little coconut sugar, and coconut oil to hold it together. Sprinkle over fruit, bake at 350 until the fruit is bubbling and crumbs are brown. You can freeze this raw or after it’s baked

No oil needed for the crumbs?

No just the Pam on top. You could melt a tablespoon or 2 of margarine and drizzle that on top instead but not worth the effort imo.

Slice/cube them up and eat them with greek yogurt and a drizzle of honey or maple syrup. Best breakfast ever (or lunch, or dinner lol)
