hi,
married a year, my dh just lost his job and things are a little tight now.
as a kallah I got a fall from a gemach. the hair was very coarse/stick straight and never fit properly but I always wore beanies on top so it wasnt a big deal
the hair is getting really coarse and uncomfrotable and im looking for a new fall.
does a/o kno of any gemachs in NY?
I know on insta theres @styledbychayag -- shes great, but she doesnt have any falls atm.
any other ideas?

I have no idea what your "budget" is, but I have two gorgeous wigs I bought from Red Carpet Wigs. She can work with almost any budget

im embarassed to say but I really cant afford $450
max 200$
im also out of work atm bc my school finished for the summer

I 100% get you. The fall was a splurge for me after DH finally got back to work after being laid off during covid.
In the interim I was wearing a $20 fall from Amazon. The hair is really beautiful looking but lasted just a few months. May be worth a look to get you through the next short while...
