I've recently had a few cakes get stuck to the bottom of the pan and completely fall apart. I put all the pieces and crumbs into ziplock bags in the freezer, so now I just need some ideas of what I can use them for.

I have a recipe for cookies using Cake scraps and crumbs.
Lots of people do trifles and cake balls but I’m not so fancy. I just do cookies

Rumballs!!!!
Don't know an exact recipe, something with margarine, rum, confectionery sugar and crumbled cake. Maybe egg yolk, not sure. Mix well and refrigerate and then roll into balls. Can roll into any topping like melted chocolate and sprinkles. Put into cupcake holders and keep in freezer
Yummm!!! You're making me in the mood for rumballs!

Thanks for the replies. I don't use margarine or rum. The cookies sound great though - amother brass, can I have the recipe please? Keep the ideas coming!

Oh - I forgot to say that I have vanilla cakes and also chocolate chip bars that crumbled. Think would work with those?
