Hi I heard they got approval to build duplexes by the pine park golf course. Does anyone know if this is true and can you tell me the details? Also who would I contact to find out details to buy there?

This this town "needs" to stay closed you can't go down to 4th street to find out. The best person to call would probably be a real estate agent.

Sorry for not being to clear. On 4th street behind town hall is an office that can tell you what was approved and who it is. But, since the town has a bad case of paranoid they are still closed.
A real estate agent that knows the area would probably know what is going on over there. That is their business
