I'm investigating different options for sugar alternatives in baking. My main objective is more weight loss, as opposed to overall health. Meaning, I don't mind artificial sweeteners, but obviously prefer natural if possible. I've had decent results with erythritol, which apparently has 0 calories. Has a decent taste, but the texture of the finished product is funky.
What do you use for sugar alternatives?

Did you try the brand Swerve? I believe it’s erythritol but they come in powdered form, granulated form and brown sugar form. I don’t see an issue. The biggest complaint people have with erythritol is its cooling effect. I don’t feel that cooling effect when I use it in baking.

I’m a big fan of Swerve - using the powdered form in my baking makes a huge difference in texture.

I'm in Israel, many brands are not available here. Could it be this Swerve brand is available on iHerb?
