My toddler colored all over an outfit with gel pen. I used oxiclean gel and washed it and they didn't come out, I tried rubbing alcohol as per Google but it didn't work. What else can I try?

Spray the stain heavily with hair spray, when the garment is dry. Take a cleaning toothbrush and scrub scrub scrub out the stain with a strong arm. Repeat spraying and scrubbing until the stain is out. Then wash right away in the washing machine.

I don't own hair spray, which brand or type should I buy?

Any. I like the aerosol spray as it's easy to use for this. I keep it in the laundry room.
