I'm don't know that you have to actually SAY anything--you're dancing, after all, who says you have any breath left to talk? Smiling warmly at her should suffice. But if you feel you must say something, any of the follwing will do:
Welcome to the family
Have much nachas
You look stunning
Shmeryl Beryl is lucky to have found you
etc. etc.

tell the kallah for the 1st yr everything is forgiven,she doesn't have to remember birthdays,

I never know what to say
I usually feel sorta dumb and like Aaaah can I finish dancing with you already?...Cuz I have nothing to say!!........(Except at chasunahs of my close friends, where I cant stop talking  )

dunno... the weddings I attended, the kalla danced with her close family and friends (alone), or everyone in a circle...
