By how many weeks is it normal for babies to turn their head when they hear ur voice?
When should they turn when they hear their name?
My baby is very active, she is not still for a second. I find it hard to get her attention. She is 13 weeks old.
Is it normal that I can only get her attention by stroking her cheeks?
