What exactly is shakshuka? I know it's something involving eggs and tomatoes...How do you serve it?

I don't like it, but it's one of my fathers favourite dishes, so I know how to make it. This recipe includes cheese - I don't know how authentic that is, and my father prefers without anyway. It's a flexible recipe. Adapt it to your taste.

I'm thinking about blueberry muffins, banana-nut muffins, bagels, zucchini soup, cheesecake, oatmeal cookies, smoothies. I don't know that I'll actually make them all, but I'm thinking about it.

Recipe from the Bais Yaakov cookbook but I fill them instead of putting the onions on top.

They're very good

Thank you!

I don't have the BY cookbook. If I make my regular rolls recipe and just put onions inside, does that work?

You’re probably not the only one but this thread was about what to serve for after the fast. I like meatballs and spaghetti but it really doesn’t sound appetizing at all for after the fast.
