Do you need S hooks or circles?
The circles hooks are on the swing set the S hooks are the ones that connect the swings to the set.
You can try a home improvement store and ask someone working there were they are.

It sounds like you need both. Do you have a hardware store near you that you can ask someone working their? May bring a picture of your swing set so that they know what you need.

It is a hit or miss sometimes you can find someone who knows what you want, sometimes not.
Maybe call back your handy man and tell him it is not working for you, and you want to use your swings already.
